We want our website to be a resource that enables users to find the information they need about human rights in Alberta. Please help us to improve our site by completing this short questionnaire. You do not have to answer all of the questions to submit your survey.

When you submit the feedback form  below, we do NOT have your email address and cannot respond to inquiries. If you have general inquiries about our website or about human rights, please send an email to humanrights@gov.ab.ca. 

Due to confidentiality concerns, the Commission cannot reply to complaints of discrimination via email. Please contact the Commission by telephone or regular mail if you have a question about a specific situation or want to make a human rights complaint. A complaint must be made to the Alberta Human Rights Commission within one year after the alleged incident.
