- The Alberta Human Rights Act is Alberta's amended human rights legislation, which came into effect on October 1, 2009 and was further amended on September 1, 2010.
The Commission has developed two publications related to the amended legislation:

The Commission will make publications available in accessible multiple formats upon request. Multiple formats provide access for people with disabilities who do not read conventional print.
