Note to respondents: The purpose of this form, which you will find below, is to assist respondents to human rights complaints in providing relevant information to the Alberta Human Rights Commission. The complaint form, which the Commission sends to respondents, specifies the section(s) of the Alberta Human Rights Act and a summary of the information on which the complaint is based. Your initial response to the issues identified in the complaint will assist Commission staff to resolve this complaint as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about the complaint, please contact the Commission for assistance.
