Education and information services
Education and the promotion of human rights are core functions of the Alberta Human Rights Commission in its efforts to foster equality and reduce discrimination. The Commission is a valuable source of information and assistance for Albertans and Alberta organizations wanting to know more about human rights law and how to prevent discrimination. Information resources, education programs and other services such as workshops, displays and consultations with organizations, help to build awareness of human rights principles and law and support individuals and organizations to implement change.
