The Alberta Human Rights Commission provides information on a confidential basis, free of charge to anyone in who:

  • wants to know more about rights and responsibilities under Alberta's human rights legislation
  • wants to find ways to foster equality and reduce discrimination,
  • believes they may have experienced discrimination,
  • is responding to a human rights issue.

Commission staff provide information, not legal advice.

Please contact the Commission by telephone or regular mail
if you have a specific complaint.
