This section provides links to resources and information about services that the Commission offers employees. Employees will find these useful when dealing with human rights issues in the workplace.
- Confidential inquiry line: Employees facing discrimination or wanting to know more about human rights in the workplace can phone and talk to a human rights officer. All calls are confidential.
- Workshops: The Commission will tailor workshops to individual workplaces for a minimal charge.
- Using mediation to resolve human rights issues in the workplace: This Commission publication discusses various forms of alternative dispute resolution and provides an in-depth discussion of mediation.
- Case studies: Cases studies provide examples of how the Commission deals with human rights complaints.
