This section provides links to resources and information about services that the Commission offers employers. Employers will find these useful when dealing with human rights issues in the workplace.
- Confidential inquiry service: Employers can call for information on dealing with human rights issues. All calls are confidential.
- Using mediation to resolve human rights issues in the workplace: This Commission publication discusses various forms of alternative dispute resolution and provides an in-depth discussion of mediation.
- Workshops: The Commission will tailor workshop to individual workplaces for a minimal charge.
- Consultation services and policy reviews: The Commission can review or help develop workplace policies related to human rights issues such as harassment prevention (including sexual harassment) and accommodation.
- Case studies: Cases studies provide examples of how the Commission deals with human rights complaints.
