Protocol for media at tribunal hearings

Media are entitled to attend tribunal hearings and to sit in the public seating area. Media are not allowed to ask questions, film, or take photographs in the hearing room unless the tribunal chair gives prior approval. All cell phones and personal digital assistants are to be turned off. Media are not allowed to interview parties or witnesses in the hearing room or the reception area.
