The Commission has revised its information sheet Drug and alcohol testing. It is available in text and versions.
Two employment-related bibliographies are now available:

An annotated bibliography of surveys and studies that demonstrates the impact of positive and negative human rights practices in the workplace.
Employers' Perspectives Research Project: Annotated Bibliography
