Splash & Ripple: Using Outcomes to Design & Manage Community Activities

Splash & Ripple assists organizations in the non-profit sector to use outcomes to design and manage programs. Through examples, the guide helps groups visualize meaningful and achievable changes in the community. Organizations will be better able to communicate how their initiatives and organizations are making a difference. An example of a completed outcome framework and indicators is included.
